About The Position

As a Customer Service Specialist at EMR, you’ll support our NEW warehouse facility and help grow our operations! As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks and materials, issue tickets, and process payments
  • Verify materials and coordinate with warehouse staff
  • Provide prompt, helpful support to meet customer needs
