Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills

- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience preferred (2 years a plus)
- HVAC, electrical, or industrial product exposure is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to assist with product inquiries and order needs
- Provide product recommendations by understanding customer requirements
- Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Assist with customer returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and updates
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operational processes
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and responsiveness
- Perform additional administrative or support tasks as needed
