As a Traveling Customer Service Specialist, you will travel among nearby branch locations and be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. Responsibilities
- Travel among nearby branch locations.
- Greet clients and assist them with their banking needs.
- Work face-to-face with clients in a branch location.
- Manage a cash drawer.
- Assist clients and team members.
- Uncover client needs and educate clients on German American products and services.
- Verify account information.
- Perform loan and deposit transactions.
- Guide clients by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
