About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent position for a Customer Service Specialist in a retail environment located in Glendale, CA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and creating eyewear products. The specialist will also contribute to maintaining a positive store environment, participating in staff meetings, training team members, and assembling eyeglasses. The goal is to promote high service standards and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail experience.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
