This role is for a Customer Service Specialist focusing on International operations. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily/frequent deadlines, possess excellent customer service and computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and handle large volumes are critical. Job duties include processing manual orders, order expediting, documentation creation, tracking inquiries, and minimal filing. The specialist will communicate with customers, warehouse, brokers, vendors, and the sales & operations team via email/phone. Other miscellaneous projects will be assigned by management.
