About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) provides an exceptional experience for our customers by listening to and understanding their needs to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. As the central point of contact with our customers, the CSS assists customers with questions and complaints, updates customer information in our database, and processes orders efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Extremely detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service doing computer-based order entry and answering phones.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willingness to train on the production floor to learn our products.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 1-2 years of computer-based order entry required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• A 2-year degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
