Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress in Daily Contact Tracker.
  • Conduct introductory training of new Customer Contact Center agents and proactively support team.
  • Support Sales and Service Departments
  • Respond to all dealership reviews
  • Handle all social media actions on sites like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Craft unique and personal responses for each interaction
  • Aid in updating clients on progress by monitoring and social interactions
