OPEN INTERVIEWS - FLEX Customer Service Security Officer
About The Position
Securitas USA is seeking a FLEX Customer Service Security Officer for open interviews. This role involves maintaining composure in high-pressure situations, conflict resolution, securing entrances/exits, conducting patrols in various weather conditions, interacting with clients and guests, identifying and reporting safety issues or suspicious activity, protecting evidence, and setting up barriers/signage. The position requires carrying out specific tasks as needed for the assigned site. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have 1+ years security & 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Secure entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
