Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude (because we believe in the power of teamwork!).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A problem-solver who thrives on keeping things moving smoothly.
  • Basic computer skills—experience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook is a bonus (but we’re happy to train you!).
  • Experience is great, but we’re more interested in finding someone who’s ready to jump in and grow with us!

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to contact for customers, providing clear, friendly communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Keep track of job schedules and make real-time adjustments to meet customer needs and team availability.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and job progress—no detail is too small!
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep everyone updated on job details.
  • Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 to stay organized and connected (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
  • Stay ahead of scheduling conflicts, delays, and customer concerns—problem-solving is your superpower!
