About The Position

The Service Scheduling Coordinator at Elko Motor Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling all incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Service Scheduler position is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools.
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with automotive services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about the services offered by the dealership.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
Schedule service appointments in line with departmental guidelines and technician availability.
Confirm and update customer appointment details in the system.
Proactively follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule as needed.
Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize downtime for customers.
Communicate customer needs or special requests to the service team effectively.
Greet and assist walk-in customers.
Assist Service Advisors as needed
