Manage vacation requests like a pro, with a little help from your sidekick, the DON. Channel your inner diplomat and keep the lines of communication buzzing with the Director of Nursing. No secret agent skills required, but they might help! Put on your problem-solving cape and swoop in to resolve minor complaints. It's like being a customer service ninja! Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of proven scheduling experience in a healthcare environment
Requires broad knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical terminology, compressed workweeks, shift differentials, and wage and hour laws
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Time and Attendance Payroll system
Must be proficient in basic business math
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
