About The Position

The incumbent will be responsible for selling and day-to-day retail area operations and assistance with the management of other staff members during the shift. The sales representative will focus on customers both in the store and on the phone.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience required
• Able to lift 50 pounds over your head
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Firearms knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Servicing customers in the retail area, on the range and on the phone.
• Direct sales to customers and members.
• Answering questions on products and services.
• Performing safety functions of range operations.
• Administrative functions of the sales floor, including minor reports and inventory tracking.
• Maintaining the store and its displays, including clothing and product displays.
• Ensuring a safe range free of debris, trash, and maintaining clean restrooms.
