This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold brand promises. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as completing merchandise recovery and maintenance. The team member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interact positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This position is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with other duties as assigned.
