About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes initiative.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM systems (Copper preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders and generate accurate quotes
• Track and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders and shipments
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing)
• Conduct product research to support customer needs
• Handle returns, freight claims, and warranty or repair issues
• Support Account Managers in maintaining and growing customer relationships
