About The Position

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, or operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering-related environment
Familiarity with order management, logistics, or supply chain processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, managing open orders, project updates, and issue resolution
Coordinate end-to-end project execution, from initial order through delivery and completion
Partner with internal teams including sales, operations, supply chain, and services to ensure projects stay on track
Build and manage project plans, aligning timelines, inventory, and resources
Proactively identify risks and drive issue resolution and escalation management
Support multiple projects simultaneously across various customer sites and applications
Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
