About The Position
Do you enjoy helping people, taking on challenges and achieving goals? We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, assist clients with their accounts and recommend products and services that best meet their needs. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience while contributing to sales and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required for this position, as you will primarily support customers located outside of Quebec.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A strong interest in sales and achieving performance goals.
- The ability to provide advice and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, and various digital tools to efficiently perform daily tasks.
- Good judgment, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Nice To Haves
- French communication skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a contact center environment (an asset).
Responsibilities
