About The Position
We’re hiring at NexOne for a Customer Service & Inside Sales (Bilingual), full-time, located at Saint-Hubert. This role involves providing fast, professional solutions to client inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, documenting requests, creating self-help content, assisting with brokerage implementations, developing new business and renewals, promoting training courses, and analyzing client needs to propose solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in French & English, spoken + written
- Experience with customer support via phone/email
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, cross-sell
- Strong prioritization skills & result-driven mindset
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Win 10, macOS, Android, iOS)
- Experience learning new software and training others
- Knowledge of major web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
- Experience with help-desk and electronic communication tools
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately
- Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community
- Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed
- Develop new business and renewals — make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships
- Promote and propose our training courses
- Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions
