About The Position
Thomasville Toyota is hiring Customer Service/Sales Representatives. This is an award-winning brand with elite leadership, offering a sales path where top performers earn well over $100k annually. Previous automotive or sales experience is NOT required to succeed. Paid training is provided. Additionally, C.Rice Global (automotive career coach) will be on-site to provide a complimentary career development clinic for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record/background check/drug test
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be committed to a long-term career
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a needs assessment
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
- Attend product and sales training courses
- Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development system
- Present quotes and estimates to customers for approval
