This is a temporary, full-time role (40 hours + overtime as needed) for a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative at West Coast Pet Memorial in Sacramento, CA. The position involves working Monday to Friday with an early start time (5 am or 6 am). The pay range is $21.00–$25.00/hr, based on skills and experience. This role is not a desk job or a traditional driving role. It requires the representative to be the primary, face-to-face contact with veterinary clinics and sometimes pet parents, managing a demanding route and handling pets in emotionally sensitive situations with precision, professionalism, and care. The role is physically active, emotionally demanding, and operationally critical, requiring accuracy, reliability, and good judgment.
