The Customer Service & Returns Specialist honors the Murdoch’s mission, values, and principles by providing the critical customer support activities for customers using phone, email, and chat including pre-sales, check out, billing, account management, returns, product questions, we site technical guidance etc. They also provide outstanding ability to act and respond as the customer’s advocate, not only in resolving issues, but also ensuring that they receive exemplary customer service. As a Murdoch's Team Member in this role, you will... Processes eCommerce order returns daily. Address customer complaints by researching, responding, and following up with customers in a timely manner. Assist customers with any issues regarding their returns or their orders via emails or by phone. Greet customers via telephone to assist customers with website registration, order processing, product information, pricing, shipping information and general eCommerce information. Liaise with our store locations for any issues raised by customers regarding either orders or returns. Review, accept, and process manual orders received by phone. Work with courier companies over issues raised by customers regarding either orders or returns. Work with the entire eStore team to accomplish store goals and make customers happy. Other duties as assigned.
