About The Position

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join their growing team as Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates. Both experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, with paid training available for those new to the automotive industry. This role offers the opportunity to explain auto glass repair processes, handle customer inquiries, and manage billing. The company emphasizes career growth, with many management positions filled by former entry-level employees.

Requirements

  • Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Experience as a server, restaurant worker, retail employee, call center employee, or auto dealer account representative
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
  • Prior phone or call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
  • Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
  • Answer phones and return customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Manager with daily parts returns
  • Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
  • Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
  • Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
  • Open new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
