About The Position
Scentsy is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our independent sales Consultants & customers! This position is located at our beautiful office in Meridian and the hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- Work with technology
- Be comfortable using multiple software platforms at one time
- Solve problems and know when to ask for help (if you can’t solve the problem!)
- Be positive and upbeat both over the phone and through written communication
Nice To Haves
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred!
Responsibilities
- Answering 35-45 phone calls per shift
- Responding simultaneously to multiple chat messages; around 40-50 per shift
- Replying to email inquiries
- Providing GREAT customer service!
