About The Position

We are looking to add a customer service rep to our food service department in Tyler, TX. This role involves providing nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection, delivering meals, and ensuring proper patient set-up. The representative will also handle phone orders, identify patients who haven't ordered meals using a tray tracking system, and collect survey information through meal rounds. Punctuality and regular attendance are expected, and additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must be familiar with EXCEL
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
