Customer Service Representative
About The Position
MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for a variety of clerical duties. This role involves reconciling driver manifests, accurately entering data into Trapeze software, taking reservations, providing information, assisting with the application process, preparing eligibility letters and pre-paid tickets, and supporting the Accounting Manager with other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will possess basic Excel skills, excellent ten-key abilities, a keen attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to deliver superior customer service within a fast-paced team environment. Good communication skills are essential.
