The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers. With a deep understanding of Copart's practices, the CSR provides solutions that enhance the customer experience. The primary responsibility is to facilitate the release of vehicles from various locations, including body shops and residences, in addition to other office support functions. As the initial point of contact for many customers, the CSR represents the company professionally. The role may expand to include chat and email support. Responsibilities include answering and making calls professionally, with performance measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, follow-up timeliness). The CSR will focus on call resolution, utilizing company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Occasional overtime as needed

Responsibilities
