About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Northglenn, Colorado store. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment and helping maintain high standards for store appearance. Team members work in different areas of the store, including inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. Flexible shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist customers with product sales.
• Sometimes work with the food program.

• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
