About The Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns through residential, door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. This role focuses on face-to-face customer service, community engagement, and building positive relationships with community members while supporting respected nonprofit organizations. This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, value strong customer service, and are interested in making a positive impact in their local community. No prior experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with new people in a professional setting
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
