About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail store environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and help the team complete daily tasks. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.
