About The Position

Toyota of Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. The CSR will be responsible for following up with Collision customers to ensure they had an exceptional experience. This role requires patience, attentiveness, clear communication, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with great attention to detail, possess excellent phone etiquette, and maintain a positive attitude while focusing on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Following up with Collision customers to ensure they had a "Truly Exceptional" experience.
  • Making outbound calls and emailing any concerns to the Manager.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Updating customer information in a timely manner.
  • Using positive language at all times.
  • Reading customers effectively.
  • Maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
  • Exhibiting excellent phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrating high energy and a focus on customer needs/wants.
