About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and helping maintain store standards while working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside. Team members receive comprehensive paid training and can pursue career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, using eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
