McGee Heating & Air is committed to delivering reliable service and building long-standing relationships within our community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Service Representative at our Athens location.
Requirements

- Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes
- Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication
- Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system
- Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery
- Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods
- Contribute to a well‑organized, efficient workflow and positive team environment
