Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate technician routes
  • Provide service updates, answer customer questions, and manage follow-up communication
  • Enter accurate notes, appointment details, and updates into the system
  • Maintain daily communication with field technicians to ensure on-time service delivery
  • Support overall office operations during high-volume seasonal periods
  • Contribute to a well‑organized, efficient workflow and positive team environment
