The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing prompt, excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. This role involves greeting customers, assisting them with suggestions or recommendations, and accurately processing sales transactions. The representative will also perform multi-function operations of various store equipment, maintain store cleanliness and condition, manage inventory and merchandising, and adhere to security and financial control procedures. This position requires providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
