About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a part-time role at its Colorado Springs store. The position offers flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Team members work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide customers with fast, friendly service. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Paid comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
