Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.
  • Appropriate license
  • Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
  • Great communicator who can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Organized and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable using technology to process requests and maintain records.
  • Problem solver who enjoys helping others.
  • Customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of service requests for our valued customers.
  • Issue new and renewal policies, process changes to existing policies, and assist with endorsements like coverage updates, address changes, and more.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide certificates of insurance.
  • Answer coverage questions by referring to policy language.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all communications and follow-ups.
  • Help protect what matters most to our clients.
