Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems
  • Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to build trust and connect with customers quickly
  • Positive, driven attitude in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Team player with a competitive edge and desire to succeed
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Military experience welcomed and valued

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments
  • Use proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, personable tone
  • Build rapport with customers and create a positive first impression
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in our system
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Support outbound calling efforts to follow up and maximize booking opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance
