The Customer Service Representative will play an integral role in handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

Requirements

  • Sales/Marketing certificate, diploma, degree, etc.
  • Related Experience, is an asset
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software
  • Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
  • Good communications skills with peers and supervisors
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers
  • Health & Safety Knowledge – OH & S rules and regulations guidelines
  • Driven to support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions
  • Recognize that customers’ livelihoods depend on the service they receive from the team
  • Work safely, following all safety programs and procedures
  • Certification within Marketing/Sales
  • Work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on quality service

Responsibilities

  • Handling complaints
  • Provide appropriate solutions for customers
  • Follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience
  • Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to your service supervisor
  • Report any possible leads for equipment sales to the sales team
  • Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference
  • Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians
  • Identify areas for them to improve and provide on the job training to assist in their development
