BRADIGANS INCORPORATED is seeking an experienced Customer Service employee to provide strong customer service and administrative capabilities to support the company’s continued growth. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by professionally and promptly serving walk-in and telephone trade Process orders for Transports, Peddle Trucks, Stake Bed deliveries Mail opening and distribution Enter Gallons Delivered and Number of Stops on Driver’s payroll Spreadsheets Process credit cards and online payments Manage & process E.A., LIHEAP, and Salvation Army Pledges Organize & file KardGard tax exemption paperwork/authorization forms Saturday office coverage as necessary Back-Up Office Staff when other employees are off duty Help Management Create Better Methods to Grow Company’s Customer Base and Improve Its Efficiencies Concerning Day-To-Day Operations Miscellaneous Responsibilities: Cross Train with entire Office Staff Manage filing system for daily records Complete Mail Merges as necessary Check in Loads & prepare bank deposits as needed Assist in entering Driver’s Payroll information Assist Obtaining Underground Storage Tank & Sales Tax Exemption Certificates Assist Sorting and Stuffing Statements/Direct Mail Assist Generating & Sending Farm Letters Annually Em pty various file drawers at year-end Update directions & other information in customer files No relocation.
