About The Position

Adams, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their on-site team in Elkhorn, WI. The company, established in 1988, specializes in residential, commercial, and smart home electrical services, plumbing, HVAC, and home backup power systems. The CSR will be responsible for actively communicating with customers via phone, email, and other devices, managing memberships (renewals and scheduling), and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The schedule is flexible, ranging from a minimum of 4 hours per day to 8 hours per day. Initial training will require one full consecutive work week (40 hours). The CSR acts as the frontline ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, supporting scheduling and membership services, maintaining accurate records in ServiceTitan, promoting memberships, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one-year of customer service experience where phone calls were at least 90% of the role (preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support required.
  • Call center or dispatching experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software (ServiceTitan strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with sales capability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and navigate ServiceTitan and lead source platforms quickly.
  • Capable of solving practical problems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to interpret written, verbal, and schedule-based instructions.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong command of business English for customer interactions and documentation.
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
