Adams, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their on-site team in Elkhorn, WI. The company, established in 1988, specializes in residential, commercial, and smart home electrical services, plumbing, HVAC, and home backup power systems. The CSR will be responsible for actively communicating with customers via phone, email, and other devices, managing memberships (renewals and scheduling), and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The schedule is flexible, ranging from a minimum of 4 hours per day to 8 hours per day. Initial training will require one full consecutive work week (40 hours). The CSR acts as the frontline ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, supporting scheduling and membership services, maintaining accurate records in ServiceTitan, promoting memberships, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.
