About The Position

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support client programs at local events, community activations, and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, engaging with the public, and creating positive experiences in a professional setting. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus)
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent assigned client programs at community events and outreach activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees
  • Provide accurate information about services, programs, and initiatives
  • Respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow established procedures and event guidelines
  • Maintain organized documentation of interactions when required
