Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
  • A positive attitude and a caring, customer‑first mindset.
  • Dependability, accountability, and a strong commitment to attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for callers, providing courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance.
  • Demonstrates our Customer Care philosophy by putting the caller first in every interaction.
  • Maintains strong dependability and accountability in daily responsibilities.
  • Supports teammates by stepping in when needed and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Follows established workflows and procedures within a highly structured environment.
  • Upholds professional, caring communication at all times.
  • Maintains consistent and reliable attendance to ensure adequate coverage and service levels.
  • Participates in rotating support for the Receptionist function, providing coverage as scheduled to ensure seamless front‑desk operations.
