Consolidated Credit, a non-profit organization, is a 30-year industry leader providing financial counseling and debt management services nationwide. Consolidated Credit works with consumers and their creditors to lower interest rates, lower monthly payments to help clients get out of debt faster. You can be part of this team working in a fast paced, multi-channel contact center and make a difference every day. As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.
