About The Position

This customer service role is located in Troy, Alabama and requires an onsite work schedule Monday through Friday. The role involves communication skills (verbal and written), professional client interaction, high attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, flexibility to work on client priorities (technology, role, project, hours, location, etc.), and a client-focused, service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate is a solution finder with a positive "can-do" attitude and a "roll-up-the-sleeves" mentality, who thinks creatively outside the box, is connected to best practices, and is passionate about their work. A dedicated commitment to quality and an entrepreneurial spirit, acting as if the company is their own, are also key attributes.
