About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with every interaction. Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders in-store, over the phone, and through digital platforms Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision Prepare and package orders for pickup or delivery Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies Support marketing initiatives and promote special offers to customers Adapt to peak hours and varying workloads with a positive attitude Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere and support colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
