About The Position

We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico to support growing US-based customer support operations. This is a fully remote position for experienced customer service professionals with strong English communication skills, previous US BPO/call center experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced support environments. Compensation $5 USD per hour Paid weekly.

Requirements

  • Previous US BPO / call center experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in structured remote environments
  • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
  • 12–16 GB RAM
  • Dual monitors
