About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Sellersburg, Indiana store. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while helping maintain store standards. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. The position offers task variety, paid comprehensive training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
