The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting customers to define the necessary scope of work, working closely with credit and compliance to ensure orders are completed, and providing outstanding customer service. This role involves addressing difficult issues regarding client complaints, collaborating with department managers on updating policies and procedures, and creating and controlling quotes according to customer needs. The representative will communicate with customers on Contract Review and/or Risk Analysis matters for clarification, ensure purchase orders align with quotes, and revise quotes as needed. Regular communication with customers on job progress is essential. The role also includes identifying potential system improvement opportunities, pursuing continuous improvement in personal activities, and complying with all NOV Company policies and procedures. Additionally, this position will provide backup to the Customer Service Assistant, performing duties such as processing international sales orders, handling letters of credit, and creating export documentation. Other work-related tasks as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.
