About The Position

At Stir Foods LLC, we create sauces, soups, dressings, marinades, and other food products for leading food service and retail brands. With two Southern California facilities, we are a fast-growing company focused on quality, safety, and innovation. The Customer Service Representative supports customers by processing orders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and order details
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Review inventory reports and identify potential concerns
  • Prepare reports and customer communications as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
