Customer Service Representative – Electrical SupplyLima, OH Are you someone who enjoys helping customers and finding solutions to their challenges? At Kirby Risk Electrical Supply, our Customer Service Representatives work directly with customers, vendors, and teammates to ensure orders are accurate, products are available when needed, and customers receive the support they expect.

Requirements

• College coursework and/or 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations

Nice To Haves

• Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service by phone, email, at the counter, and through order processing
• Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and identify solutions
• Coordinate with vendors to help ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Assist with product promotions, training opportunities, and other branch initiatives
• Support daily branch operations, including: Counter and Inside Sales, Warehousing and Inventory Management, Vendor and Customer Communications, Order Entry and Product Support
