About The Position

Key Objectives Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via multiple communication channels. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome. Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
