CIMS is a leader in innovative HOA solutions with a commitment to improving communities and delivering outstanding service. This on-site position will provide customer service and administrative support to an HOA community. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work independently, and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position based in Castro Valley, CA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
